PAYMENT FAQs

Q: What payment method do you offer?

We currently accept PayPal and Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Maestro, Union Pay)

Please note that if you use the Paypal-Echeck payment method, your payment will be delayed 1-2 weeks, which means that your order will take longer to complete the payment. That's one of the reasons why you haven't received an order confirmation yet. In order not to delay your time, please avoid using Echeck to complete the transaction.

Q: Why didn't I receive any notice after I placed an order?

1. Please confirm that your order has completed the payment process.

2. Our emails are likely to be identified as spam. Please check your spam list.

3. When placing an order, you fill in the wrong email address or use another email account

Q: Why am I unable to complete the order with my bank card?

Please make sure that your credit/debit card has sufficient funds to pay for the order. Secondly, the payment may fail due to network problems. Please try to pay again, your card issuer may accept your payment.

If you are still unable to pay, please contact your card issuer or bank directly for more information. Maybe you would like to switch to another card or complete the order with PayPal.

Q: Why doesn't my discount code work?

There are several reasons why your discount code may not work

1. The code has expired.

2. The order does not meet the condition of using the discount code.

3. Only one discount code can be used for one order, and some offers can not be used in conjunction with a discount code. Discount codes can not be stacked.

A base coat is a clear polish that is applied to your nails before you apply your colored nail polish. Our base coat is specially formulated to help your polish adhere better to your nails, prevent staining, and create a smooth, even surface for your polish.

Q: What is gel essentials?

Gel essentials are products used to help prepare and maintain healthy nails, such as cuticle oil, nail strengthener, and top coat.

Q: What is a top coat used for?

A top coat is used to provide a protective layer on top of the gel polish to prevent chipping and increase shine.

Q: What is a nail lamp used for?

It's recommended to apply cuticle oil daily to keep the nails and cuticles moisturized and healthy.

Q: Can I use a clear top coat over colored gel polish?

Yes, a clear top coat can be used over colored gel polish for added shine and protection.

GEL POLISH:

Q: How do I prevent bubbles from forming in my gel polish?

To prevent bubbles from forming in your gel polish, make sure to apply each coat smoothly and evenly, avoiding excessive shaking of the bottle.

Q: Do I need to use a UV lamp or LED lamp for gel polish?

Yes, gel polish requires a UV or LED lamp to cure properly and achieve a long-lasting finish.

Q: How do I know when my gel polish is cured?

Gel polish should be completely cured when it no longer feels tacky or sticky to the touch.

Q: Can I mix different brands of gel polish?

Q: How do I prevent gel polish from lifting?

To prevent gel polish from lifting, make sure to properly prep the nails, avoid applying too thick of a layer, and use a high-quality base and top coat.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY FAQs

Q: What is your range of shipping?

Only ship to the United States (excl. 1.American Samoa 2.Guam 3.Northern Mariana Islands 4.Puerto Rico 5.U.S. Virgin Islands 6.Hawaii 7.Alaska).

Q: What shipping carriers do you use?

We will use USPS to deliver your package. Normally the parcel may take 4-10 business days for delivery.

Q: Why is the tracking number not working?

It can take 2-3 business days for the tracking number to be registered and/or scanned in the carrier's system. This could prevent or delay visibility to your shipment, so please wait a few more days and try again.
If your tracking number is not available after 2-3 business days, please let us know. We will help you check the condition of the package.

Q: How can I track my order?

When your package is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping notification in the mail with the package tracking number for your package. If you do not receive it, please check your spam list. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider. If your spam list is not received either, please contact us and provide your information. We will help you check the status of your order.

Q: Why is my package taking so long?

The order will go through 2 phases before being delivered after you place an order:

Order processing time: Normally it will take us 1-2 business days to prepare your order and this time is not within the shipping time range.
Shipping time: We sent the package to the shipping service provider and the package starts shipping.

Reminder: Shipping time can vary depending on your location and shipping methods. Besides, customs clearance may lengthen the process, and there are also some force majeure factors that cause delays, like extreme weather, strikes, etc.

Q: How change my items or delivery address?

If your order is not fulfilled, please contact us at support@libertybugs.com in time, and we will help you modify the order. Once the order is fulfilled, we will not be able to intercept and recall the package for you, and the package will be delivered to the original address.
